Automated Emails

Automated OMS system emails (such as integration error output and reporting) sent to Google hosted email accounts are currently being blocked and flagged as spam by Google.

This only affects emails with "@custom-gateway.net" as the sender and does not affect customer facing dispatch notifications etc.

Update 21:26 Automated report emails to Google hosted accounts should now be getting through to their recipients. Retailer and supplier integration error emails to be updated shortly.
