Our hosting provider is currently experiencing some network connectivity issues that is affecting access to CPP/OMS and associated APIs.
We hope to have an update ASAP.
Update [22:59 UTC]: Full connectivity has now been restored. We will continue to monitor the situation.
Hermes Europe have confirmed an issue on with their API which allows consignments to be booked in by third party systems
This outage is causing OMS to show an error when trying to dispatch items for Hermes
Hermes are investigating and fixing as a priority
